Welcome

WebObs is a webapplication (http://m.webobs.org) for mobile devices that enables you to store your observations of flora and fauna. It can use your gps and works also offline. The application is on http://m.webobs.org !

While connected, you can send the stored sightings to a connected portal (such as waarneming.nl) or download them in a csv file.

To use all this, all you need is one of the following OS + browsers on your phone:

• BlackBerry 6 +
• Android 2 + (eg on HTC, Samsung phones and tablets)
• Ios (iPhone and iPad)

The site is partially compatible with the last Symbian phones if you install Opera mobile browser on it. Also HP and Palm WebOS devices might work. De site works also on some desktop browsers such as chrome and safari.
